Let your dog loose in Aabenraa's dog forests and parks. In and around Aabenraa you will find both urban and remote nature areas where your four-legged friend can let loose.

Aabenraa's dog forests are partly fenced and partly unfenced. In Lerskov Plantage, for example, you can practise your dog's balance on the balancing equipment, while in Torp Plantage you can take your dog out into the open meadow. See the list of Aabenraa's dog forests below:

This fenced dog forest, which has been created in a collaboration between Genner Local Council and the Danish Nature Agency, is located approx. 6 miles north of Aabenraa near the town of Genner.
