The Christmas elves’ mischief? Arkæologi Museet Haderslev
A family of five Christmas elves has moved in under the stairs at Arkæologi Haderslev, and they certainly have no plans to sit quietly throughout December!

Hang on, what’s been going on here? A family of five Christmas elves has moved in under the stairs at Arkæologi Haderslev, and they certainly have no plans to sit quietly throughout December!
The elves are supposed to help with the Christmas preparations, and in return, they receive presents from a large Advent calendar to take back to their little home. But when Christmas elves move in, a little mischief is never far behind.
Bring the family along and follow the elves’ footprints around the museum. Explore both indoors and outdoors, look for clues of what the elves have been up to and discover the tricks they’ve been playing.
Christmas trees, decorations and biscuits
Along the way, you can admire Christmas trees decorated in different styles and have a go at making traditional Christmas decorations yourself. You can also pop into the museum shop and buy a Christmas biscuit.
The elves move in on 1 December and stay until 23 December. So bring the family along on a Christmas elf hunt and see what mischief you can uncover around Arkæologi Haderslev.
