Kruså Camping & Hytter
Kruså Camping & Hytter is a modern and family-friendly campsite near Gendarmstien and Flensborg Fjord.
The 3-star campsite on the outskirts of Kruså in Sønderjylland provides the perfect setting for a wonderful family holiday in beautiful, nature-close surroundings.
In addition to forests and nature, the beach at Flensborg Fjord is just a short distance away. With only 800 metres to the Danish-German border, it’s easy to take a shopping trip to the city centre of Flensburg or enjoy a walk along the harbour – the market towns of Aabenraa and Sønderborg are also within a short driving distance.
The Gendarmstien is likewise located within easy cycling or driving distance from the campsite, from where you can conveniently reach many of the area’s attractions. Kruså Camping og Hytter is an ideal starting point for an active cycling holiday, for example along the Østersøruten (the Baltic Sea Route)
If you simply wish to relax and enjoy life at the campsite itself, there are plenty of opportunities to do so. The site features a brand-new pool area, a large playground with bounce pillows, a zip line and play structures, excellent bathroom and toilet facilities, outdoor chess, and a beautiful mini golf course.
At the reception, you’ll also find a small kiosk selling a limited selection of food items as well as freshly baked morning bread during the summer season.
The campsite is located on main road 170 in Kruså and covers 7.9 hectares, offering space for 420 camping units in addition to the cosy cabins.
You can also try “glamping” in the on-site luxury glamping tents. These offer two sleeping places, with the option of an extra bed available at an additional cost.
