Gram Slot is home to an organic farm. The fields are cultivated without artificial fertilisers or pesticides, and the cows graze on large, open pastures. The farm produces food with a focus on quality and flavour. Its products are available in shops across Denmark, and at Gram Slot you can get a closer look at the work that goes into running the farm.
Restaurant and hotel – an experience in beautiful surroundings
Our restaurant serves dishes based on the best seasonal ingredients, many of them from our own organic fields. The restaurant holds the silver Økologisk Spisemærke certification, which means that 60 to 90% of the food and drink it purchases is organic. Here, food is an experience that brings people together around long tables and good stories.
Our hotel offers different types of rooms where you can relax and enjoy the historic atmosphere combined with modern comfort. Whether you are here for a weekend break, a romantic getaway or a business trip, you will find peace and charm in our beautiful surroundings.
