Lyreskovstien

Lyreskovsti is located between Tøndervej, Omfartsvej and Hærvejen. You can access the trails and find parking at Lyreskovskolen and on Tøndervej. The yellow and blue routes are suitable for walking and running. Part of the yellow route is designated as an off-lead dog area.

Nature and history

Along Lyreskovsti, you’ll find two fire pits and small, shallow ponds where you can look out for local wildlife and plants. In winter, there is a hill for sledging. Part of the historic Hærvejen route also follows the trail, and a small wooded area is home to a one-person bunker dating from the Second World War.

Outdoor exercise
Next to Lyreskovskolen, you’ll find a freely accessible outdoor fitness area. The equipment is available around the clock for strength, balance and coordination exercises.
