Cottage with sea view on the first line, 100 m from the water Flensburg Fjord. The house is 90 sqm and contains a nice open kitchen with dining room. Cozy living room with fireplace, bedroom, bedroom with loft, bathroom with washing machine. The house has been renovated in the old style. 

In the garden there are swings for children. Garden shed with room for patio table and chairs and barbecue. We would like to send more pictures of the house.

The house is primarily rented in the period from November to late March. The price is kr. 2.000, - per. week. Week 52, 53 and Week 1 is the price, however, kr. 3.000, - Draw up a lease and the tenant pays a deposit of kr. 1000, - when ordering.

The entire rent paid about 1 month before the takeover and deposit refundable within 14 days of vacating.
