Holiday home with sea view located in the front row, 100 m from the water at Flensborg Fjord. The house is 90 square metres and has a beautiful kitchen open to the dining room.
Cosy living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom with double bed (160x200), room with three-quarter bed and two bunk beds, bathroom with washing machine. The house has been continuously renovated in the old style.
There are swings for children in the garden. Outbuilding with space for garden table and chairs and barbecue. We are happy to send more pictures of the house.
The holiday home can primarily be rented in the period from November to the end of March. The price is DKK 2,000 per week. However, for weeks 52, 53 and week 1, the price is DKK 3,000.
A rental contract will be drawn up and the tenant must pay a deposit of DKK 1,000 when booking. The entire rent must be paid approximately one month before arrival and the deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after departure.
