European Energy operates a 340-hectare solar park and a Power-to-X (PtX) facility in Kassø. With an installed capacity of 304 MWp, the solar park is, as of 2026, the largest in the Nordic region. It supplies renewable electricity to the adjacent PtX facility, where it is used to produce e-methanol.
