Who says the fun has to stop for winter? At Universe Science Park on Nordals, you can bring the whole family indoors for a day packed with virtual reality, experiments and play.

From 4 November 2026, Universe will open its doors on selected days throughout the winter season for the very first time. Explore a range of the park's indoor attractions, whatever the weather outside.

Experience the thrill of virtual reality

Ready to step into a virtual world? Head to the VR building at Universe, where you can take a seat in VR Bumper Cars, compete in VR Race Room or enjoy the thrills of VR Coaster and VR Paradrop.

You can also visit Nintendo Gamezone, where children and adults alike can enjoy a variety of games.

Touch lightning and walk through a glacier

Inside the iconic Blå Kube, you'll find experiences you don't come across every day. Walk through a glacier, discover geysers and even try touching lightning.

If you're keen to experiment further, head to Testlab, where you can explore science through hands-on activities.

For younger family members, Ball Factory offers plenty of space for indoor play with balls. You can also explore Danfoss Museum.

When it's time for a break, stop by Restaurant Bread & Coffee or browse Universe Shop.
