In 2001, Gitte Minck opened a new wine and gift shop on Nørregade in Haderslev. After taking over another local wine retailer, "Vinoble," the store changed its name to Vinogvært and moved to the end of the pedestrian street in Storegade. Over the years, the store has evolved into the preferred wine supplier for the people of Southern Jutland and a provider of personalized Christmas gift solutions for businesses. On July 1, 2015, Bjarne Kaare Jensen became co-owner and store manager, and the store simultaneously changed its name to Vinspecialisten Haderslev.
