2024 Ringrider Sausage of the Year
Slagter Nielsen’s ringrider sausage scored 27 out of a possible 30 points in a blind tasting and was named 2024 Ringrider Sausage of the Year.
The judges particularly praised its flavour, seasoning and mace.
Find something tasty for the barbecue or dinner
Browse a wide selection of homemade specialities in the shop, including marinated cuts of meat for the barbecue and accompaniments for your meal.
You can also choose from well-aged steaks, quality roasting joints from dry-slaughtered pork, their own ready-made meals and cold cuts. The staff are always happy to offer cooking tips.
The butcher’s shop has been family-run since 1958.
