Put on your wellies when the Agricultural College in Gråsten invites you in for this year’s Open Farm Day.

You’ll gain an insight into animal husbandry and production, take a walk with a calf and taste fresh milk – almost straight from the teat.

See the machinery used in days gone by, bake your own pancake, or how about some bread on a stick baked over the fire?

Meet a farmer and get up close to the animals. Learn about biogas and find out more about the college’s nature and climate initiatives – or how about robots in farming?

These are just some of the things you can experience, and of course you can also buy locally produced food.

Read more on the website, where you’ll also find a link to book your free visit, either from 10.00–13.00 or from 13.00–16.00.

Please note that photographs and videos will be taken on the day itself for public use!
