Nissestien
On November 22 2025, the Nissestien in Kelstrup Plantage near Kruså opens once again.
Until December 31st, you can walk along the Nissestien and discover funny elves and Christmas surprises along the way.
It’s the perfect family outing – let the kids lead the way to find the elves! At the nature school, you’ll find covered picnic tables and an orangery where you can enjoy your lunch and a cup of coffee.
There is access to running water and toilet facilities.
The trail winds through the forest and is about 1.5 km long – ideal for a short walk. It’s well marked and partly fenced.
When you – or the kids – have found elves, wooden spoons, and Christmas ornaments along the way, a sweet surprise awaits at the end: a small stock of chocolate for you to enjoy (while supplies last).
The trail is suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
You can also meet friendly goats, chickens, cats, and rabbits at the nature school.
Free parking is available at the nature school.
