First Camp Frigård
If you fancy a trip south, First Camp Frigård is just the thing for you.
In the southernmost border region, in the small town of Kollund, you’ll find First Camp Frigård – a highly child-friendly and scenic campsite just a few hundred meters from Flensburg Fjord and a short distance from the certified hiking trail, Gendarmstien.
At the campsite, you can stay with a caravan, motorhome, or tent. You can also rent a cabin, a wagon, or try a glamping tent if you want to see whether camping life is for you.
On the site, you’ll find a heated pool, a playground, and a summer activity program for children, where they can, among other things, meet the famous characters from the Jesper Hus universe. Rent a bike, try the bouncy pillows, play ball on the football field, take a sauna, and much more.
The updated service buildings offer good kitchen and bathroom facilities and all the conveniences you need for your stay.
You can check in from 1:00 pm and check out by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
Don't forget to take a short trip across the Danish-German border as well.
