Arnkilsøre - shelter Blisgåsen

Must be booked in advance - Coastal mini shelter for max. 3 people. Tenting is allowed.

Coastal shelter above the embankment at the primitive tent site on Arnkilsøre. The shelter is named after a species of goose that is most commonly seen in spring, when it stops to rest during its migration to breeding grounds.

You can sail to the site, which is marked with a red sign with the text ‘Overnatning’ (Overnight stay).

The mini shelter, Blisgåsen, can accommodate 3 people and must be booked in advance. A maximum of 2 nights may be spent here.

Please respect nature – keep dogs on a leash, avoid noisy behaviour and please refrain from felling or cutting trees and bushes.

Leave the area clean and tidy – take your rubbish with you or place it in the rubbish bin.

About booking shelters:
When you book a shelter, you get first dibs on that shelter – not the whole place, which others are welcome to use while you're there. The booking is from noon to noon the next day.

You will receive an email from the booking system 10 days before the booked date. Here you must confirm that you still want to use the shelter on the desired day or cancel the booking. If you do not respond to the email, the booking will be automatically cancelled 6 days before the booked date.

Once you have confirmed the booking, you must use the shelter before 8 p.m. on the day, after which the priority right expires and others may use it.

Shelters can be booked 3 months in advance.
