Amnesty International exhibition
In barrack W6, you will find Amnesty International, which organizes exhibitions focusing on human rights.
"Frøslevlejren" was used during World War II to detain prisoners. Today, this difficult history has been transformed into something positive.
Amnesty International has been given its own barrack, W6, where it now shares both historical and contemporary stories about human freedom and rights.
Amnesty also collaborates with Fair Trade on a “shop-in-shop” basis. A small store offers products from carefully selected suppliers and producers who work to ensure fair social and economic conditions – and you are welcome to shop there as well.
From April to October, the exhibition and information barrack is open daily during daytime hours.
