Waking up Santa in Haderslev
Come along to Haderslev on 29th of November 2025 and help wake up Santa Claus!
All children are welcome to wake up Santa Claus Nov. 29th, 2025
Because it's high time - after all, he has a lot to do in December! So, lend a hand and make a lot of noise so that Santa can get everything done in time until Christmas.
Program:
09:30 – Free coffee/rolls at Ansgar on the square
10:00 – Outdoor service at RAS: mulled wine/coffee/hot chocolate
10:00 – Coffee & treats: coffee, chocolate, mulled wine, and æbleskiver (Danish pancakes)
10:00–14:00 – Christmas stalls open throughout the town
10:00–12:00 – Christmas atmosphere on the square
10:40 – Gospelkids sing Christmas songs on the square
11:00 – Fanfare with the South Jutland Guard
11:00 – Haderslev’s Mayor Mads Skau brings the key to Santa’s House and welcomes everyone
11:00 – Santa is called from Santa’s House on the square
11:05 – Santa, Mrs. Claus, the Mayor, and all the children light the town Christmas tree on the square
11:10 – All children walk with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the South Jutland Guard to the Gravene area
11:25 – The South Jutland Guard performs at the Gravene
11:30 – Santa, Mrs. Claus, and others hand out Christmas goodie bags to the children
11:45–13:00 – Santa walks around the town streets
12:00 – Visit the Christmas Room at Bispegade 1
