Nature opera for children and their families
Free opera for children in nature on Barsø, Saturday 30 August – you only pay for the ferry crossing.
Imagine opera – but outdoors, in nature, and for children and their families. Here opera is brought down to a child’s level, with nature as the stage and focal point.
The opera is designed as a treasure hunt with stations instead of acts, performed outdoors in beautiful natural surroundings.
As the title suggests, the opera is not only for children. The main target group is younger children in the adventurous age (3–10 years), but both music and text also offer something for older siblings and adults.
You can experience the Nature Opera on Barsø on Saturday 30 August at 11:30 and 14:30.
