Hotel Europa in Aabenraa also offers rooms for conferences and events. Both types of rooms are functional and equipped with air conditioning. Various AV equipment and microphones are provided free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available. An LCD projector can be borrowed free of charge, but by arrangement. All rooms are furnished with comfortable chairs and flexible tables.

They are suitable for meetings of up to 180 people in theatre-style seating. In classroom-style seating, up to 50 participants can sit comfortably, and at long tables up to 120 people. Delicious lunch menus are served in the restaurant, and both day courses and multi-day conferences are offered.

Lunch and breaks can also be enjoyed on our 150 m² terrace, which is ideal in sunshine, rain, or on cooler evenings.
